Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles tax practice. The role offers a senior leadership position within a well-resourced tax group advising corporate and individual clients on a broad range of federal and state tax matters.

The successful candidate will play a visible role on client matters, contribute to practice development, and work with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s U.S. platform. This is an opportunity to shape strategy for complex transactional and tax controversy work in a market-focused office.

Proven partner-level tax experience advising on federal and state tax matters (corporate and/or individual practice).
Track record of leading matters and managing teams within a law firm or equivalent.
Business development capability; a portable tax practice is welcome.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
