An international law firm is seeking a senior tax partner to join its Luxembourg office. The role will lead and develop complex cross-border tax work for a broad corporate and financial services client base.

The successful hire will play a visible leadership role within the tax team, collaborating across jurisdictions and supporting business development and client relationship workstream growth.

Proven partner-level experience in Luxembourg tax law with a strong track record on cross-border matters.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or established book of business is required.
Excellent commercial judgment and experience leading teams and advising institutional and corporate clients.
Fluency in English; additional EU language skills advantageous.
