Leading national law firm seeks a Tax Partner to join its Miami office. The role involves advising high‑value clients on complex federal, state and local tax matters across transactional and advisory workstreams.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a tax practice, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with lawyers in other practices and offices. A portable practice or demonstrable client development ability is welcomed.

Established partner-level tax practitioner with extensive experience in federal, state or transactional tax work
Licensed to practice in Florida (or eligible for admission)
Proven record of originating or developing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Ability to lead engagements, supervise associates, and contribute to practice development
