High-profile New York tax practice is seeking a lateral partner to join a national full-service law firm. The role will lead sophisticated tax work for corporate and high-net-worth clients across domestic and cross-border matters.

The partner will manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate closely with transactional, private client, and litigation teams. The team handles a mix of advisory, transactional tax planning, and controversy matters.

Seasoned tax partner with a strong record advising on corporate, transactional, and/or private client tax matters.
Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain) and deep technical tax expertise.
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice or ability to bring matters is a plus.
Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates; excellent communication and business-development capabilities.
