Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral tax partner to join its San Francisco office. The role will involve leading sophisticated tax work for corporate and private clients across transactional and advisory matters.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice and will be expected to grow and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with teams across offices on cross-border and domestic tax issues.

Established partner with a strong record in tax advisory and transactional work
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice is welcome
Deep technical knowledge of corporate and transactional tax matters
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively across practice groups
