Senior tax partner role with a leading US law firm, joining an established San Francisco tax practice. The position will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex federal, state and transactional tax matters.

The team handles a broad range of tax work across transactional and controversy matters and seeks an experienced partner to strengthen client relationships and originate new business. The role offers a visible position within the local market and collaboration with national tax colleagues.

Established partner-level experience in tax law with a demonstrable record of leading matters.
Portable practice and proven client-development ability desirable; candidates with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical skills in federal and state tax issues and experience on transactional and/or controversy matters.
Active law license and ability to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain admission).
