Senior tax partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking an experienced practitioner to lead and grow its San Francisco tax practice. The role involves advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on federal, state and local tax matters, as well as structuring transactions and providing strategic tax planning.

The successful candidate will have autonomy to develop business and mentor associates, working alongside a multidisciplinary team on domestic and cross-border tax issues. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome.

Established tax practice with significant experience advising corporations and high‑net‑worth individuals
Licensed to practice in California and in good standing
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships (portable book preferred)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing senior associates and client teams
