Partner — Tax, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto)

Senior tax partner role for a well-established national firm seeking to expand its Silicon Valley tax team. The position will focus on advising technology and corporate clients on complex federal, state and transactional tax matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group handling high‑value corporate and transactional tax work, and will help grow a practice serving innovators and investors across the region.

• Proven partner-level tax practice with substantial US federal and state tax experience
• Track record advising on corporate and transactional tax matters (M&A, restructurings, equity compensation, etc.)
• Strong client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate business is preferred
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Palo Alto/Silicon Valley office
