A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its technology and communications regulatory practice from the Atlanta office. The role focuses on advising clients across telecommunications, wireless and broadband matters, regulatory compliance, and government contracts.

The partner will handle high‑profile regulatory matters, interact with government agencies and public stakeholders, and work closely with transactional and litigation teams where regulatory issues overlap. A portable practice or proven ability to generate and retain client relationships in the telecom/communications sector is welcomed.

Partner-level experience in telecommunications/communications regulatory work, including wireless, broadband or satellite sectors.
Demonstrated experience advising on regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Track record of client development and managing engagements with cross‑discipline teams.
Active JD and bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility to practice in Georgia preferred.
