Senior partner role to lead and grow a technology, privacy and regulatory practice in Muscat. The role spans transactional work (technology and telecom contracts, commercial IT transactions) and regulatory/advisory matters including data protection, AI governance and telecom regulation, with frequent cross‑border instructions.

We are seeking an experienced partner with a proven, client‑facing track record; international firm experience is strongly preferred. A portable practice / book of business is expected. The role involves business development, managing client relationships, and working with regional and international teams on complex matters.

Qualified lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction with partner‑level experience.
Proven experience in technology transactions, privacy/data protection and telecom or regulatory work.
Track record of originating business and managing a portable practice.
Experience at an international or regional firm and ability to lead teams on cross‑border matters.
Strong commercial judgment, client management and business development skills.
