Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a Technology and Healthcare-focused compliance and regulatory practice in Chicago. The role centers on advising clients on privacy & data protection, regulatory matters, and technology-related legal issues across healthcare and software sectors.

The successful candidate will join a national, full-service law firm platform and collaborate with cross-practice teams on transactional, regulatory, and advisory matters. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice with significant autonomy and access to established firm resources.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating and leading matters in privacy, data protection, healthcare regulatory compliance, or technology transactions are highly valued.

Established partner-level experience in privacy & data protection, healthcare regulatory work, and technology-related matters.
Proven history of originating or managing client engagements; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to work collaboratively across practices.
Active bar admission and good standing.
