The partner will have a client-facing lead role, collaborating with cross‑practice teams on regulatory risk, data strategy and contractual protections. This is a practice-development role with opportunity to expand a regional technology/healthcare client base; a portable book of business is welcome.

Lateral Partner with established experience in privacy, data protection and regulatory work for technology and healthcare clients.
Strong transactional and counseling background (vendor agreements, data processing, compliance programs).
Proven client development skills and ability to work with cross‑practice teams.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) required.
