An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to help grow its Technology and Healthcare practices from the Madison office. The role focuses on advising companies on privacy and data-protection matters, with significant exposure to software and tech-enabled healthcare clients.

The successful hire will join a cross-disciplinary team that handles regulatory, transactional and counseling work for technology and healthcare industry clients. This is a high-visibility partner role with client development expectations and opportunities to shape practice strategy locally and nationally.

Proven partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection for technology and healthcare clients.
Track record of business development and ability to bring or grow a portable client base.
Strong transactional and counseling skills, comfortable working with software, digital health, or other tech-enabled healthcare matters.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
