Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago team focusing on technology, healthcare and regulatory matters. The role combines counseling on digital health, software and data-privacy issues with counseling on healthcare regulatory compliance.

The partner will work on cross-practice matters with transactional and regulatory teams, helping to grow the practice in the Midwest. The firm is seeking an experienced rainmaker or a partner with a demonstrable portable practice who can develop client relationships and originate new work.

Established partner with significant experience advising on technology transactions, healthcare regulatory matters and privacy/data-protection law.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively across transactional and regulatory teams.
Active bar admission or ability to become admitted in Illinois.
