Partner-level litigation experience in patent and antitrust matters, with emphasis on life sciences and/or technology disputes
Proven trial and appellate experience or track record of lead counsel roles in complex cases
Demonstrated experience advising private equity or strategic technology clients is desirable
Portable book of business and active business development capability
Admission to practice and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
