Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice from the Stuttgart office. The role is client-facing and will advise on technology transactions, IP strategy and disputes, and media/entertainment matters for domestic and international clients.

The position includes team leadership and mentorship responsibilities, cross‑practice collaboration on commercial and regulatory issues, and an active role in business development to expand the practice in Germany. A portable practice is welcomed; the firm is flexible on exact requirements.

Proven partner- or senior counsel-level experience in technology and IP law, including licensing, commercial technology agreements and IP strategy/advice.
Track record advising on media/entertainment or TMT matters preferred.
Demonstrable business development experience; a portable practice is welcome.
Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English.
