Partner-level experience advising on technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecoms matters.
Proven track record of originating and leading commercial deals and complex commercial negotiations.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability; portable book of business desirable.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice strategy.
