Senior partner opportunity within a well-established German practice, based in Frankfurt, focusing on technology, media & entertainment (TME) and intellectual property (IP). You will lead client-facing matters across technology transactions, IP strategy and licensing, and related commercial work.

The role combines fee-earning responsibility with practice development and team leadership. The team advises domestic and international clients on IP protection, commercial technology agreements, digital media matters and cross-border issues.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner able to grow the practice in Frankfurt and contribute to business development across the firm’s wider platform. A portable practice or existing client relationships in the TME/IP space are welcomed and will be considered flexibly.

Established partner-level experience in technology, media & entertainment and/or intellectual property practice areas.
Proven track record of originating and managing matters; comfortable with business development and client relationship management.
Experience leading teams and senior-level fee earners on complex transactions and contentious IP matters.
Admission/qualification to practise in Germany and strong German and English language skills.
