The role will focus on advising corporate clients and industry stakeholders on transactional, regulatory, and commercial matters at the intersection of technology and transportation.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice who can help grow industry-focused work. This is an opportunity to join an established team with cross-practice resources and a platform for developing sector-specialized work.

Established partner with significant experience in technology, media & entertainment, and/or transportation matters.
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable book of business welcome.
Strong commercial acumen, excellent drafting and negotiation abilities, and comfort working across interdisciplinary teams.
Admission to the relevant state bar or ability to obtain admission in the Denver/Colorado market.
