The team works on a mix of commercial agreements, technology and telecom matters, manufacturing and supply-chain issues, and industry-specific regulatory work. The firm is open to national candidates and welcomes discussions with lateral partners who can bring a portable practice aligned with these industries.

Established partner-level experience advising clients in technology, media/entertainment, telecommunications, manufacturing or transportation sectors
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Experience with commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and cross-functional industry work
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; collaborative approach to working with multi-office teams
