Seeking a partner to lead and grow a multidisciplinary practice focused on technology, media & entertainment and transportation clients from the firm's Oakland office. The role combines client relationship leadership, matter handling across transactional and regulatory matters, and business development within industry-focused teams.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with an existing portable practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-practice groups to expand sector-focused work and mentor more junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience counseling technology, media/entertainment and/or transportation clients on transactional and regulatory matters.
Proven client-development ability and an established portable practice or demonstrable pipeline of opportunities.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring associates and integrating into sector teams.
Active bar membership or ability to become licensed where required; willingness to work from the Oakland office as needed.
