Seeking a lateral partner to join a national full‑service practice focused on technology, media & entertainment, and transportation industries. The role will lead client work, grow business within industry verticals, and collaborate with cross‑discipline teams.

Open to candidates based in Springfield and nationwide. The team is interested in experienced partners with a portable practice aligned to technology, manufacturing, or transportation clients and a track record of originating and expanding revenue.

Established partner-level experience advising companies in technology, media & entertainment, manufacturing, or transportation sectors
Proven client development and business generation capabilities; portable book of business preferred
Ability to lead transactions, commercial agreements, and counsel on industry-specific regulatory and operational matters
Strong communication and team leadership skills; willingness to mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
