Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Technology, Media & Entertainment practice from a Houston base. The role suits an experienced partner with a strong record advising clients on technology, media, and telecommunications matters and who can bring or develop a portable client base.

This is a location‑agnostic arrangement with evaluation on a sliding scale; billing rates for the desk start at $1,200. The firm is looking for a partner who can generate new business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across national and sector teams.

Established partner-level experience in technology, media, or telecommunications matters
Proven business development ability and a portable book of business or demonstrable client origination
Track record of leading transactions and/or commercial agreements for technology and media clients
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and mentoring skills
