Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on advising corporate and commercial clients on complex TMT and IP matters, leading cross-practice teams and growing a premium advisory offering.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the practice, working on high‑value advisory and transactional matters and developing client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in the appointment.

Established partner-level experience advising on technology, media/entertainment and/or intellectual property matters
Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships and leading deal or advisory teams
Ability to operate at partner level in the German market; local qualification or equivalent commercial experience
Strong communication and business development skills
