Senior litigator sought to join a major New York team handling high‑stakes disputes in the technology, media and entertainment sectors. The role focuses on media defense, content disputes, and commercial litigation for industry clients across the U.S.

You will lead matters from strategy through trial, supervise associates, and work alongside cross‑disciplinary colleagues on complex, high‑visibility matters. The team handles litigation arising from content, distribution, platform and related commercial issues.

Candidate should be comfortable cultivating client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome and will be supported by an established platform.

Established partner‑level litigation background in media, entertainment or technology disputes
Proven courtroom and motion practice skills; experience managing complex commercial and content matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client work; portable practice considered
Licensed to practice in New York or able to obtain admission
