Seeking a partner to join a national technology and media practice based in Portland. The role focuses on high‑value technology transactions, media and entertainment matters, and telecommunications-related work for a broad client base.

The team advises clients across the technology and media sectors on commercial agreements, licensing, content and distribution arrangements, and strategic transactions. The appointment is for a partner with an established practice who will take a lead client-facing and business-development role within the group.

Partner-level experience handling technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecommunications matters
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements and developing new business
Demonstrable portable client relationships or a visible market presence in the relevant sectors
Strong drafting and negotiating skills and the ability to mentor junior lawyers
Active membership in a US bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
