Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its TMT practice in Houston. The role will focus on advising technology, media and telecommunications clients on complex commercial, regulatory and transactional matters, with significant cross-border work.

The firm seeks a senior lawyer who can lead matters, develop business and collaborate with regional and international teams. This is a partner-level hire where a portable practice and established client relationships are important.

Proven partner-level experience advising technology, media or telecommunications clients (transactional, commercial or regulatory matters).
Track record of originating and managing client work and leading deal teams.
Portable client relationships / demonstrable business development capability.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and strong professional references.
Experience working on cross-border matters and collaborating with international teams desirable.
