We are seeking a partner with an established technology or media practice who can both lead complex matters and contribute to business development. The firm values client origination and cross-practice collaboration across product, corporate and regulatory workstreams.

Established partner-level experience advising technology, media and/or telecommunications clients.
Proven record of originating and growing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong transactional, commercial or regulatory background relevant to tech and media matters.
Excellent leadership and team management skills; admissions to the relevant state bar.
