Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Transportation practices in Chattanooga. The role will advise corporate and commercial clients across technology, telecommunications, media and logistics sectors on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters.

Open to candidates nationwide; the hiring team is particularly interested in partners with an established portable practice and demonstrated business development success in one or more of the industry groups. The role includes client relationship leadership, originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience advising clients in technology, media/entertainment, telecommunications or transportation industries.
Proven track record of business development and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong transactional, commercial drafting and negotiation skills and experience leading deal teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across practices and to develop and mentor junior lawyers.
