Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a telecommunications and technology regulatory practice from its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on regulatory work across satellite, wireless and broadband platforms, and on government contracts matters tied to communications providers and vendors.

The partner will advise corporate and government-facing clients on licensing, compliance, regulatory strategy and administrative proceedings, and will manage and develop a team of lawyers handling complex regulatory filings and advocacy before regulatory bodies.

Admitted to practice in the United States; active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction preferred.
Established partner-level experience in telecommunications, communications regulation, and government contracts or administrative law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business generation capability welcomed.
Strong drafting, regulatory advocacy and client-management skills; experience supervising lawyers and developing practice teams.
