Seeking a partner to lead and expand a practice focused on telecommunications, satellite/wireless and broadband regulatory matters. The role combines regulatory counseling, government-contracts work and strategic advice on technology and media-related matters for public- and private-sector clients.

The partner will supervise and develop a small team, handle complex filings and advocacy before regulators, and collaborate with broader transactional and litigation groups as needed. A portable practice or established client relationships in telecom/communications regulation and government contracts will be valued.

Established partner-level experience in telecommunications/communications regulatory work, including FCC/state filings and advocacy
Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance matters
Proven client development and team leadership skills; portable business preferred
Bar admission in New Jersey or ability to become admitted
