Senior transactional partner opportunity within a busy technology and media practice in Century City. The role focuses on technology transactions, commercial agreements and telecom/media matters across growth-stage and established clients.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships and help grow the local practice through business development and cross-practice collaboration. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and expand client relationships is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in technology transactions, commercial contracting or media/telecom work
Proven record leading deal teams, supervising associates and managing client matters
Business development skills; portable practice or client origination ability preferred
Active membership in a U.S. bar or eligibility to practice in California
