The role focuses on advising technology, telecommunications and media clients on commercial agreements, licensing, platform and content deals, and related corporate and commercial matters.

The team works on a mix of domestic and cross-border matters for growth-stage and established companies; you will lead transactions, develop client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading practice with significant technology-sector coverage.

Proven partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecom matters.
Demonstrable track record of originating or leading complex commercial and licensing deals.
Portable client relationships/able to develop business and grow a book of work.
Bar admission in the U.S.; Boston practice requires ability to practice in Massachusetts (or willingness to transfer).
Strong coaching and team leadership skills.
