Senior transactional partner role in San Diego advising technology and media/entertainment companies on commercial and technology-related deals. The position focuses on negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, licensing arrangements, and technology-transfer or telecom-related matters.

The team serves emerging and growth-stage technology clients as well as established media and telecom companies; this role will combine high-level technical legal work with client relationship management and deal strategy. Candidates should expect a mix of matter leadership and hands-on drafting and negotiation.

Qualified to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Proven partner-level experience advising on technology, media, or telecommunications transactions.
Track record of leading deal teams, negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements, and delivering commercial solutions to clients.
Demonstrable business development experience and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
