Leading technology-focused practice in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology and Media group. The role will focus on advising technology, media and telecom clients on complex commercial and transactional matters across the digital and entertainment sectors.

The team advises a mix of growth-stage and established companies on technology transactions, licensing, content and distribution arrangements, and commercial agreements. This is a client-facing role with opportunities to lead matters and develop business in the U.S. market.

Established partner with a proven track record in technology transactions, media or telecommunications matters.
Strong client relationship skills and a demonstrable ability to originate or grow business; portable client relationships welcomed.
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify) and significant transactional experience in the technology/media sector.
