Lead and grow a technology-focused transactional practice from the firm’s Boulder office, advising clients across technology, media and telecommunications sectors. This role suits a senior lawyer with a portable practice who can originate and manage complex commercial and licensing matters.

The team handles cross-border and domestic technology deals, commercial agreements, and media/telecom transactions. You will have client-facing responsibility, business development expectations, and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level attorney with significant experience in technology transactions and media/telecom matters.
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on commercial, licensing and technology agreements.
Ability to lead engagements, supervise associates, and participate in business development.
