Seeking a partner to join a well-established Technology & Media group in Wilmington. The role focuses on counseling technology companies and media/telecom clients on commercial contracts, licensing, and related strategic matters.

The team handles a range of technology transactions for fast-growth and mature clients. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute a portable practice and help originate and grow client relationships in the region.

Proven partner-level experience advising on technology transactions, licensing, and media/telecom matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on commercial and IP-related agreements
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
