The role emphasizes industry-focused counseling, transactional work and cross-practice collaboration supporting corporate and commercial matters for technology and transportation-sector clients.

Open to candidates nationwide who can build or expand a portable practice aligned with the group's industry focus. The firm offers established platform support and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment to originate and service sophisticated client work.

Partner-level experience advising technology, media/entertainment or transportation clients on transactional and commercial matters.
Proven client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business aligned with the industry group.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and working across practices (e.g., corporate, IP, regulatory or commercial contracts).
Active bar admission and excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
