Leading international transport practice seeking a market-facing Partner to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on maritime and broader transportation work across the region, advising owners, charterers, P&I clubs and other sector participants.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established transport/maritime practice, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and grow regional business. You will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and work with cross-border teams on complex transactional and advisory matters.

Law degree and active admission in a common law jurisdiction (or equivalent regional qualification).
Significant partner-level experience in maritime and transportation law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong leadership, business development skills and ability to work with international teams.
Experience working in the Middle East/Gulf markets or strong regional exposure.
