- Established partner with a track record in shipping, aviation or broader transportation finance
- Experience handling cross-border project finance, debt restructurings and lender/borrower-side mandates
- Proven business development and client-originating capability; portable practice desirable
- Ability to lead teams across multiple offices and jurisdictions
- Strong technical skills in finance and restructuring; admissions in relevant jurisdictions
