Highly regarded national litigation team is seeking a junior to mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its Charlotte office. The role involves handling complex patent disputes for clients across technology, telecommunications, software, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Work will include drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and claim construction, coordinating with technical experts, and supporting trial preparation under the supervision of experienced IP litigators. The group is known for sophisticated patent work and cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineers and scientists.

Junior to mid-level associate with patent litigation experience (prior clerkships or technical background a plus)
Experience with drafting motions, managing discovery, and coordinating experts in patent matters
Juris Doctor and admission or eligibility to be admitted to the relevant state bar
Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills; comfort working with technical subject matter
