Mid-level litigation associate with several years of experience in government investigations or white collar litigation
Experience handling federal and/or state criminal and civil investigations, enforcement matters, or related litigation
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; courtroom or deposition experience preferred
Ability to manage sensitive matters, work collaboratively on cross-jurisdictional teams, and communicate effectively with clients
Active bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in North Carolina
