Patent Litigation Associate (Junior–Mid)

Growing patent litigation team seeks junior and mid-level associates across multiple U.S. offices to work on high‑tech and life‑sciences matters. The group handles district court litigation and related post‑grant proceedings before the Patent Office on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Successful candidates will join a nationally active practice and collaborate with cross‑office teams on substantive briefing, discovery, claim construction, and oral advocacy. Hybrid working arrangements are reflected in office hiring practices.

• 1–6 years of patent litigation experience (post‑bar)
• Barred in the hiring office state or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Comfort with technical subject matter; degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences preferred but not required
