Patent Litigation Partner — Atlanta

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta office to strengthen a high‑value patent litigation practice. The role focuses on managing and leading complex patent disputes across district courts and the ITC.

This is a rainmaking role: the firm is looking for an established trial litigator who will run cases, develop business, and mentor a team of associates. The position offers a platform to handle national and international IP litigation matters from a major office.

• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation, including substantive case management and courtroom/trial experience
• Track record of developing and managing client relationships; portable book of business strongly preferred
• Leadership and team‑management skills; experience supervising associates and working with cross‑functional teams
• Bar admission and credentials suitable for a national litigation practice
