• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution.
• Track record of leading complex patent disputes, including Markman, summary judgment, and trial experience.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scientific/technical experts and discovery.
• Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or existing client relationships will be considered.
• Ability to mentor and develop associates and collaborate with broader litigation and IP teams.
