Patent Litigation Partner — Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading global law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley patent litigation team based in East Palo Alto. The role focuses on complex patent disputes across technology sectors and involves managing high-stakes contested matters from case strategy through trial.

The team handles sophisticated IP litigation for technology clients; the incoming partner will be expected to bring significant litigation experience, to lead teams on major matters, and to work closely with in‑house counsel and external co-counsel. A portable practice and an established client base are welcome and will be valued.

• Proven partner-level patent litigation experience in complex technology cases
• Track record of managing teams and leading large, high-value matters (including trial experience)
• Established, portable client relationships and business development capability
• Bar admission and standing to practice in relevant jurisdictions
