Leading litigation team seeks a partner-level patent litigator to be based in Washington, DC. The role focuses on life-sciences and technology disputes, with a mix of Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA work, patent infringement matters, trade‑secret cases and selected semiconductor/technology litigation.

The successful candidate will join a compact IP litigation practice that handles complex contested proceedings and interacts with clients across pharma, biosimilars and Asia-based technology companies. The team values courtroom and briefing experience plus active business development and client relationship skills.

Established partner or counsel with demonstrable patent litigation experience (life sciences and/or technology focus)
Experience with Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA litigation, patent infringement and trade‑secret matters; semiconductor/technology experience a plus
Proven trial, briefing and case-management skills in complex IP disputes
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow portable client relationships
Bar admission and any registrations required to practise in relevant forums
