Mid‑to‑senior associate opportunity in a national Intellectual Property practice focused on patent prosecution and litigation. The role sits on the electrical engineering & software team and is open across multiple U.S. offices.

Work will center on drafting and prosecuting patent applications and supporting patent disputes involving electrical engineering, software, semiconductors, AI/ML and related technologies. The team handles both transactional prosecution work and contentious matters for technology clients.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative IP group and be expected to manage client work, produce high‑quality written submissions, and contribute to technical analysis and strategy.

4–7 years' post‑qualification experience in patent prosecution and related IP work
Technical degree or background in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering or similar
USPTO registration required
Licensed or able to obtain state bar admission promptly in the office of employment
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and analytical skills
