Planning & Environment Lawyer (Associate/SA) — Brisbane

Join a national planning & environment practice as part of a market-leading Brisbane team advising public and private sector clients on planning, environmental, infrastructure and cultural heritage matters. The team handles both advisory and litigious work across statutory planning and court processes.

This role offers exposure to development strategy, infrastructure and heritage matters, statutory planning tasks and planning & environment court work, with structured mentoring from senior members of the practice. The team is small, collaborative and positioned for growth in Queensland.

• 3–7 years post-admission legal experience (PAE) in planning and environment law
• Experience from a reputable planning/environment team in private practice or government
• Interest in court work and willingness to develop courtroom experience
• Strong commercial judgment, self-motivation, efficiency and collaborative approach
