You will be part of a collaborative national practice, working closely with specialist real estate lawyers and cross-practice teams on complex, high-value matters for developers, investors, funds and government bodies. The team emphasises technical excellence, commercial judgement and practical, client-focused outcomes.

Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
5+ years post-admission experience in transactional real estate
Proven experience from a top or mid-tier, national or specialist boutique firm on property transactions (sales, acquisitions, leasing, portfolio and project work)
Excellent attention to detail, strong drafting and commercial advisory skills, and a collaborative team approach
Curiosity about technology and an openness to using AI and digital tools in legal work
